Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds We accept refund requests within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Refundable Items The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications


Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund whichever you prefer.


Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.


Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Golfing Accessorys is not responsible for items lost during return transit.


Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still request a refund upon delivery following the process above.
